summertime 2020 the times are difficult, not so easy to accept and stay centered with all that is happening out in the world. I am lucky to have had the experience of isolation (by choice to allow for the work to come through) but I do have anxiety with other issues making up the headlines in the news. When the world seems to be crashing in, I go to the studio.
The painting process helps so much with finding my center when I loose it. To be with "ones self" resting in the heart, listening to that silence inside and to be present in the moment is the medicine that can soothe the soul: a world with No Horizon.
