Love Medicine

The Hummingbird is considered "Love Medicine" by some tribal cultures (they seem to dance with delight with each other in a garden full of flowers. If they are fed the sugar water they become very territorial and aggressive with each other).
In this piece the bird is standing in the air looking at the bundles or
luggage, symbolic for the pain and anguish we seem to hold on to. The
rainbow represents light, letting go and seeing the magic that is always
present when we take the time to look and appreciate. The bear stands for
the loving mother energy. The castle - who knows? I don't have all the
answers; it is what you want it to be.
